Research Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The AbD Serotec Research Rewards Program is promoted by the following companies:

hereinafter collectively referred to as “AbD Serotec”.

Earning Research Rewards Affinity Tokens

One Research Rewards Affinity Token is earned per £50/€75/$100 Eligible Purchase Value.
The Eligible Purchase Value is the invoiced charge for products per order after all discounts have been applied, and does not include delivery or handling charges.
Only purchases of catalog products and custom services are included in the Eligible Purchase Value. Charges for HuCAL custom monoclonal development and bulk products are not included in the Eligible Purchase Value.
Research Rewards Affinity Tokens are only available to end-users. Distributors, re-labelers, agents and any other non-end-users are not entitled to take part in the Research Rewards Program.
Research Rewards Affinity Tokens will be dispatched in the blister pack with the products for all qualifying orders. AbD Serotec will not accept responsibility for missing Research Rewards Affinity Tokens once the products have been received and accepted with signature.
It is the participant’s responsibility to collect and store earned Research Rewards Affinity Tokens. AbD Serotec does not record the number of Research Rewards Affinity Tokens earned per participant and cannot replace lost Research Rewards Affinity Tokens.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of Research Rewards Affinity Tokens between participants.
Research Rewards Affinity Tokens may occasionally be awarded as part of special promotions.

Exchanging Research Rewards Affinity Tokens for Rewards

Research Rewards Affinity Tokens can only be exchanged for available rewards as listed on the AbD Serotec Website at www.ab-direct.com/researchrewards.. AbD Serotec reserves the right to amend this list at any time without notice.
Research Rewards Affinity Tokens must be attached to a Research Rewards Program Collection Card, which can be downloaded from the AbD Serotec website at www.ab-direct.com/researchrewards.
To claim a reward, complete your details on the Research Rewards Program Collection Card, indicate which reward you would like and then post to the AbD Serotec company relevant for your country, as listed above.
Exchange of Research Rewards Affinity Tokens can only be claimed by postal application. Only the original Research Rewards Affinity Tokens can be accepted, no photocopies or faxes are permissible.
AbD Serotec cannot accept responsibility for Research Rewards Affinity Tokens that are lost in the mail. We strongly advise all participants to use Recorded Delivery to return your Research Rewards Program Collection Card.
In the unlikely event of a reward not being available, AbD Serotec reserves the right to offer the participant an alternative reward or to return the participant’s Research Rewards Affinity Tokens.
Product rewards will be dispatched according to the existing product lead times; all other rewards will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of the Research Rewards Affinity Tokens.
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that the collection and exchange of Research Rewards Affinity Tokens does not contravene any of their employment contracts or any local laws regarding sales promotion or sales incentive schemes.
By exchanging your Research Rewards Affinity Tokens, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that your membership in the Research Rewards Program will conform to them.

Termination of the Research Rewards Program

Research Rewards Affinity Tokens are not issued with an expiry date.
AbD Serotec reserves the right to discontinue the Research Rewards Program at any time. The date of such termination will published on the AbD Serotec Website at www.ab-direct.com/researchrewards. and participants will have 90 days from such date to exchange any Research Rewards Affinity Tokens under the present Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise specified, no additional Research Rewards Affinity Tokens can be earned during this termination period. AbD Serotec will reasonably endeavor to communicate the termination period to all participants but will not be held responsible for failing to notify any individual, regardless of the reason.
